Run and jump from the right side and wall-kick against the left wall that's barely visible off the top of the screen.
Head to the area where there's a single burner periodically shooting upwards. The first Star Coin is extremely hard to get. Once they're gone, mosey on over to the Star Coin. Standing on the left edge, jump over the spiked balls as they roll toward you. Manipulate the lower yellow platform to allow you to jump up to the higher one. Don't jump off too early, or the platform will lift up and the ball will roll harmlessly past the blocks you need to destroy.įurther on, you'll see the final Star Coin on a high yellow platform with a spiked ball on either side. The spiked ball will roll down and smash the blocks for you. Jump on the left edge of the platform to push that side down. Above this is a yellow platform with a spiked ball riding on it. The second Star Coin is surrounded by unbreakable brown blocks. Dodging the fireballs coming from the right, run and jump up to the coin when you see it. A spiked ball will come rolling in from the left. Enter the red pipe by wall-kicking the left wall up to it. Near the end, you'll be able to leap on top of the ceiling, progressing just off the top of the screen, and falling down into an area containing a number of Brick Blocks and the final Star Coin.Ī little way into the level, there is a yellow platform with two spiked balls on it. From there, keep going right, staying as high as you can. When you leave that area, you will come out through a yellow pipe. To make it easier, leap up quickly to the gold ring so they throw coins instead of fireballs. Descend the yellow pipe and, once inside, defeat the Fire Brothers before grabbing the second Star Coin. Jump up and get your prize.Ĭontinue through the level until you find a blue and a yellow pipe next to each other. You can either jump on the Koopa Troopa and throw his shell down to destroy some of the blocks, opening the way to the coin, or climb down the right side when the platform is at its widest, then crouch until it drags you back to the middle. The first Star Coin is surrounded by blocks with a platform that shrinks and grows beneath it.
